Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, managed conveniently through the touch pod system. Despite some minor issues with space between the wall and the bed, the overall experience was great. The service, although a bit chaotic at times, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The perfect location allowed easy access to all the attractions and nightlife without any noise disturbances. The dining experience was delightful, although there were some challenges due to limited space for breakfast service.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious, but it was disappointing to find marks all over the walls. The service seemed caring and detailed, but a bit chaotic and dazed at times. The location was great, close to many attractions yet away from busy areas. The dining was good, and the facilities were satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms on the mezzanine were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making my stay in Paris enjoyable. However, although the service was friendly, it lacked attention to detail at times. The location, near iconic attractions like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, was a major highlight, offering a vibrant atmosphere and easy access to various dining options. The dining experience was average, with limited continental options that didn't meet the high price paid. The facilities provided by the hotel were decent, but some aspects could be improved for a better overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious rooms suitable for families, though some areas may need a bit of maintenance for a 5-star standard. The service is excellent with friendly and professional staff. The location is amazing, close to popular attractions but nighttime security could be improved. The dining experience offers a nice variety but seems overpriced. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were so modern it took me some time to figure out the light controls from the panel, but they were done to perfection with lovely details like roses on the bed that surprised my partner.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was truly advantageous, being central to many attractions in Paris, with comfortable rooms offering a courtyard view. However, the dining experience fell short with a very limited range of options, and there were some noisy disruptions due to many visitors at times.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were pretty nice by Paris standards, with an excellent bathroom and high-tech facilities. Despite minor issues with noise, the ground floor provided a relaxing courtyard view that we enjoyed. The service was top-notch, with incredibly nice and attentive staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome and supported. The location was a huge advantage, being less than 10 minutes from the Louvre and perfect for exploring the key attractions of Paris. The dining options were generally wonderful, offering a variety of delicious choices, but there were slight delays on one occasion. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and convenient. However, the pool area could get crowded, and there were occasional disturbances due to high visitor numbers.
